What the appointment form collects

Only information needed to arrange an appointment: name, email, phone, preferred contact method, neighborhood/ZIP, preferred date/time, general document type, optional notes, and your acknowledgment about not signing early.

What we don’t collect

ID document uploads
Legal document uploads
Social Security numbers or similar highly sensitive identifiers
Payment card details on this website (v1 has no payments)

How information is used

Form submissions are used solely to respond to your appointment request, confirm logistics, and communicate about the notarization visit. They are not sold.

Site analytics

This site uses Vercel Web Analytics to understand basic traffic patterns — for example, which pages are visited and where visitors come from. It does not use advertising trackers or sell visitor data.

Retention

Appointment correspondence is kept only as long as needed to provide the service and meet ordinary business recordkeeping needs. If you want a request removed from active inboxes, email hello@notarydaddy.com.
